To ensure you receive the correct hood, please verify the following things: Correct Make/Model, OEM part number(s) match up, and centerline measurement is correct.
To retrieve the correct centerline measurement, follow these steps: Place your tape measure in the center of the hood and measure down from the back of hood (near windshield) to nose of hood (down to the grille). See photo below.

How to Install a Freightliner Cascadia Bumper
Installing your DuraBuilt Cascadia bumper follows the standard Freightliner front-bumper replacement procedure. Before you begin, gather the required hardware: 6 mounting bolts (1/2"-13P x 1") and 2 hood-shock nuts (8mm-1.25P) — these are not included. Safely support the front of the truck, disconnect any fog light or sensor harnesses routed through the bumper, remove the four-to-six factory mounting bolts, and drop the OEM bumper. Position the DuraBuilt unit, align to the frame brackets, and torque hardware to Freightliner's published specification for the Cascadia (typically 45–50 ft-lb for bumper mounting bolts — confirm in your model-year service manual). Reconnect all harnesses and verify clearance on both end caps before returning the truck to service. For model-specific torque specs and bracket diagrams, reference the Freightliner Cascadia Workshop Manual for your model year (2008–2018) or call us at 260-440-2101.

Will this bumper fit a 2019 or newer Cascadia?
No. This bumper is designed for the 2008–2018 Cascadia only. The New Cascadia (2018 & Up) uses a different mounting configuration and requires a separate part.
